Thanks for answering my question, Justine. I’m disappointed that you’re not coming to Phoenix, but I kind of already accepted the fact back when you posted it before. At least now I know not to bring a stack of your books down to Tempe with me next week. I hope you have fun on your tour. (And hopefully you’ll make it to Phoenix next time.)

Erin: Sadly, that is not true. I am not going to be in Phoenix. (I sure wish I could be there Friday night for the fifth game of the WNBA finals.) And the only event I’m doing with Scott is in November in NYC.

I’d be there if I wasn’t so far east! Well, being south of Knoxville, TN isn’t THAT far away from Nashville, but unfortunately, we have plans for that Saturday. :-/ Hope you have fun though!

I am so sad. I had a hotel booked for the Southern Festival of Books, but unfortunately I have become quite ill and am unable to make the trip.

However, you will love Tennessee. It is so laid back and such a friendly place and the accents are awesome!

I was wondering if you could clear up some confusion for me. You said in an earlier post that you weren’t coming to Phoenix, but my school librarian has told me that our school’s contact at the Phoenix Book Company metioned to her that you are going to be at Changing Hands book store with Scott on October 14th. Is this true? Thanks.

Yesterday it just kept raining. Today is sunny and warm. Close to seventy I would guess.

Also, the weather here: it was a very wet Sept, but we are seeing sone sun these days. Highs in the 50s-70s (F), lows at night in the 40s-50s. Temps can vary greatly here. Just starting to cool off enough to think about maybe having a jacket or light sweater handy, I guess.
