I picked up a copy yesterday and it's awesome so far! Our library also has it on order, so fingers crossed that it arrives soon! (That said, thanks to suppliers our copies of HtDYF took SIX MONTHS to come in.)

Did Liar take longer to write than some of your other novels? I haven't rummaged through your archives to work it out, but it feels like you've been talking about it for longer than the fairy book and the latter couple of MoM books.

I finished Liar last night and I'm still in the OMG phase. I can't even speak coherently about it yet.

Although I am of course going to purchase Liar for my high school library, perhaps with my own money since my $1500 yearly budget doesn't go too far, I thought I would mention that libraries *might* not be able to afford everything at the moment. I dropped by my county library branch to beg some Banned Books bookmarks (it's Banned Books Week) and the librarian explained to me that for the first time in years, they hadn't purchased any because the budget was frozen. "We're 1.6 million dollars in the hole county-wide," she said. Libraries are in dire straits in many locations in the USA. I hear that in Australia, stimulus funds went towards the construction of school libraries--an excellent choice.
