When writing is easy
Socialising gets hard.
You know what I mean. When you’re so buried in your book that you can’t remember how to talk to people who aren’t imaginary.
I’m off to see E. Lockhart, Sarah Mlynowski and Lauren Myracle talk about the book they wrote together, How To Be Bad, at Books of Wonder.
18 West 18th Street
New York, NY 10011
If I seem crappy at talking you’ll know why.

I hope some awesome writers start coming to Seattle soon for signings. Concerts cost money and are awesome, but book signings are free and amazing… and at libraries.

ha, my favorite part is when i’m about to start a story and still figuring it out, which means i stare off into space and randomly burst out laughing a lot.
my friends and family have grown to accept this.
